Approach
Yes, we have a 360 degree approach to business planning. It's called SECUR(SM)

If we were a traditional business consulting firm like McKinsey or Bain, you'd absolutely expect us to have one.

However, we won't claim our process is "proprietary". It incorporates business principles like continuous improvement/Deming/Kaizen, which have proven themselves over the past 20-50 years. But we've brought them to the world of conducting business on the internet, with its ever-changing requirements for success.

We've found our end-to-end planning approach is a point of distinction. Because unfortunately, a number of internet service firms continue to exist with a transactional mindset, addressing project-specific requests such as:

  • "I want to expand our business by going online. How should we do that?"
  • "I need a new website. Our current one is too old."
  • "I've tried search engine marketing and AdWords, and wasted my time and money. How can we do this the right way?"
  • "I know we're behind on search engine optimization, since I'm buried on page whatever. How can I get into the top 5 SEO rankings?"

Over the past 14 years, we've learned that different clients have unique needs depending on their business and customer lifecycles. If you're an entrepreneur with a brand new idea, it's critical we incorporate our complete planning process. But if you're a firm with an outdated website and/or e-commerce platform, you may need a more pragmatic approach to accelerate your existing web assets. That's why we want to make one thing clear from the onset:

Our SECUR(SM) approach is both comprehensive and flexible. Said simply, it can provide everything you might want, but delivers only what you need.

As a Spartan Internet client, we can work with you at any point in your planning or business process. You don't have to worry about having to reinvent the wheel with work you've already completed. To us, it's a common sense approach. But for many of our clients, it's a demonstration of our distinction and value.
